How long does delivery take?

Shipping within the United States is free and tracked. We also ship to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong (duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery), and to the UAE and Saudi Arabia (import VAT and fees are paid to the courier on delivery; checkout shows the estimate). Items from our US warehouse (Question Mark and Spiral lamps) usually arrive in 3-7 business days with no import fees. Items from our overseas partner warehouse (like the Mushroom lamp) usually arrive in 7-14 business days, and US customs may charge import duty on delivery; checkout shows the estimated amount before you pay. Each product page shows its own estimate.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. See our returns policy.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
