Frequently asked
Is the moss real?
It is preserved moss. It needs no watering and no sunlight; keep it dry and out of direct heat.
How long does the battery last?
Roughly 6-10 hours per charge depending on brightness, and about 2-3 hours to recharge, according to the supplier. Real life varies.
Which light colours does it have?
Three light tones that you cycle through with the touch switch, starting from a warm glow.
How long does delivery take?
This item ships from our partner warehouse and usually arrives in 7-14 business days. Shipping is free and tracked in the United States. This item also ships to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong (duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery) and to the UAE and Saudi Arabia (import VAT and fees are paid to the courier on delivery; checkout shows the estimate). Because it ships from overseas, US customs may charge import duty on delivery (roughly 29-42% of the item value); checkout shows the estimate for your order. It is paid to the carrier or customs, not to us.
