Frequently asked
How do I control it?
Press the button on the base once to wake it. Then tap the top to change the light tone and hold it to adjust brightness.
What does the ripple effect look like?
Light passes through the textured acrylic and casts wavy patterns on nearby walls. It shows best in a dim room.
How is it powered?
Through the USB cable in the box. Use any standard USB adapter or power bank.
How long does delivery take?
This item ships from our partner warehouse and usually arrives in 7-14 business days. Shipping is free and tracked in the United States. This item also ships to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong (duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery) and to the UAE and Saudi Arabia (import VAT and fees are paid to the courier on delivery; checkout shows the estimate). Because it ships from overseas, US customs may charge import duty on delivery (roughly 29-42% of the item value); checkout shows the estimate for your order. It is paid to the carrier or customs, not to us.
