Frequently asked
Is it bright enough to read by?
It is a soft ambient lamp, not a reading light. Think bedside glow and shelf decoration.
How do I charge it?
With the supplied USB cable and any standard USB adapter or power bank.
What is the difference between Style A and Style B?
Both are about the same size. Style B has the taller, slimmer look in the photos and Style A a rounder cap. Pick the one you like and the matching photo will show.
How long does delivery take?
This item ships from our partner warehouse and usually arrives in 7-14 business days. Shipping is free and tracked in the United States. This item also ships to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong (duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery) and to the UAE and Saudi Arabia (import VAT and fees are paid to the courier on delivery; checkout shows the estimate). Because it ships from overseas, US customs may charge import duty on delivery (roughly 29-42% of the item value); checkout shows the estimate for your order. It is paid to the carrier or customs, not to us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. See our returns policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
